Relatives at the party(Enad side) |
Tents everywhere. A few of the Enad clans were there as well as Emma's side from Toledo. It was quite a nice afternoon, very hot which is incredibly annoying and sweat pouring continously. My contribution to the party was a huge spongebob cake just for my nephew, hope he remembers it.
Food set up |
Prina and Alan Mullhall were there as well as Guy's special guest from Bohol/Perth. It was good to see them and Fred had another foreigner to talk in english, hahaha. He does get frustrated at times as not everyone speaks english around him, i don't blame him.
Also caught up with my uncle Monching which was great because i have not seen him for ages. We used to hang out a lot when i was young.
Pigs were grown specifically from Guy's place and cooked specially for Aaron's birthday (pilanga kaayo sa mama n papa). Not to mention, there were heaps of flies due to the cornfields next door.
Heading towards late afternoon, it started raining heavily. Glad there were tents as it was pouring like there's no tomorrow. By that time, half of the guest have already gone. The usual drinkers stayed behind. I think about this time as well our Aussie friend Alan, has had about 4 redhorse bottle(the big one) and he was still good, unbelievable.

Me & Fred (pouring down with rain in the background) |
Headed to town with my uncle about 2030 hrs, with Prina, Fred & me, we also had a Mexican fellow come along with us who's my uncle's co-worker from the US. Went to the Parkmall near reclaimation area apparently there is a bar there with live band. It's been awhile since ive been back and everything is all new to me. Had a few drinks and some snacks (pulutan) as well. That night i was not feeling the best, my throat was a bit sore and started coughing (not good). As the night went on, Prina seems to have a good time, a few boogies here and there. Band was quite good, singing from 80's up to the present day. Prina, ate one of the fruits from one of her drinks, just went downhill from there. It seems like she might've had some food poisoning, she was not well from there on. My uncle dropped everyone safely home that night.
